Job Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, search engine optimized, and aligned with the brand's visual identity.
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance the overall online presence.
  • Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, conducting regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and recommend innovative digital strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing strategies and achieving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate digital marketing strategies and results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing in the B2B industry is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint, are desirable.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.
