Our Interview Process

Interview Process

We believe that a thorough and efficient interview process is crucial to identify the best candidates for our clients. Our interview process consists of four rounds:

Our Inclusive Hiring Practices

In line with our core values, we embrace diversity and aim to make everyone in our community feel welcomed, included, and able to contribute - and this extends to all our candidates. We follow five Inclusive Hiring Principles and require all hiring teams to attend Unconscious Bias training to make sure we hire the most qualified person for the job without bias.

1. HR Screening Round

Our initial screening round is designed to get to know you better and learn about your skills and experience. During this round, we'll ask you questions about your background, experience, and goals to determine if you're a good match for the role. We'll also discuss the next steps in the interview process and answer any questions you may have.

2. Technical Interview Round

If you pass the initial screening round, we'll move on to the technical interview round. This round is designed to test your technical skills and knowledge related to the job you've applied for. We may ask you to complete coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, or other technical assessments to gauge your expertise in the field.

3. Client Round

Once you've successfully passed the technical assessment round, we'll invite you to the client round where you'll have the chance to meet with our client in person. This round is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your skills, expertise, and personality, and determine if there's a good fit between you and the company's culture and work environment. The client round is a crucial step in our recruitment process as it helps both you and our client to determine if there's a good match for the job opportunity.

4. The Offer and Decision Stage

When we determine that your skills and experience closely align with the requirements for the position, we'll offer you the job. We understand that accepting a job offer is a major decision with a lot of factors to consider, which is why your recruiter will be available to provide additional information and answer any questions you may have. And once you've accepted, take a moment to celebrate this exciting new chapter in your career!
