In this website we also find workers or find a job as a worker, this website forms and blogs are handled by hubspot.grizzly force provide services in 5 canada's locations which are Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Okanagan, Calgary, and Toronto.

Challenges Faced and Solutions Implemented:
when project started someone else worked on it already but it did not work from design side properly, then project handover to me
I design pixel perfect figma to html add scroll animation in whole project and also change responsive view of this project.

Key Achievements and Results:
Page performance of this website is getting high after doing some task listed below
    - all images convert into webp or icons use as a svg
    - update packages
    - reusable components
    - responsive is the main priority for the client so we  achieve that.
    -  learn next js from front end side and little bit work in hubspot because form and blogs of this website is handled by hubspot so i get more idea about hubspot in it.
    - learn tailwind css

2 Project Name: Gamerzarena

Duration of the Project: 4 Months

Your Role and Responsibilities:
when i start worked on that this project is already developed and design by someone my roles are doing better structure of project and add animation in it, if you see the headline TOURNAMENTS text animation and also change structure of website and handle responsive stuff.

Project Description and Objectives:
GamerzArena is the  esports platform for gamers, which provide free and also paid games battle between gamers and more then.website have two side dark and white side.

Challenges Faced and Solutions Implemented:
- searching some game related websites to take ideas and Implements
- after developing project manager want some attractive design so with the developing code i have to do design changes in react it is difficult for me since i'm not aware about react js.

Key Achievements and Results:
 when i joined alchemy as web designer ravi vekaria is the project manager of gamerzarena, also He was the one who interviewed me, he gives me practical of gamerzarena landing page and said to me do code with proper structure with attractive look so i add animation in that and also doing seo friendly structure. so overall i achieved a job in alchemy to perform on gamezarena re-design.

3 Project Name: Bytes Technolab

when i joined bytes technolab as a website designer the main purpose of my hiring is doing pixel perfect website and web animation, as per the requirement of graphic designer i  need to perform listed things:

3. image parallax effect
4. vert and rotate animation
